Inside, this brand new villa (completed at the end of 2019 to welcome its first guests in April 2020) is set over 2 floors connected via a side staircase. With huge patio doors, large windows, and designer furniture, Villa Arete enjoys all the sun and light that Greece can offer. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (sofas, wi-fi, air-conditioning) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped) as well as 2 bedrooms (both en-suite). One bedroom has a double bed + a sofa (that can be turned into a full size single sofa bed) while the other bedroom is a twin. The upper floor is identical to the lower one, except that the master bedroom has just a double bed and not an extra sofa bed. Extensive terrace on both floors provide magical views over the ionian Sea and Albanian coastline beyond.
The interiors are fully air-conditioned and the bedrooms have been provided with top quality mattresses, bed linen and even a pillow menu for a truly 5 stars holiday.

Outside, beautifully paved patios with sunbeds for all the guests enjoy all the most sensational views and the breeze of the coastline. A dining area for the guests together with barbecue is available, for delicious al-fresco meals. The private pool measures 6.8m x 6m (depth 1.5m) and is beautifully lit at night. Thanks to its clever design, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing dip or a drink while admiring the sun going down in the sea.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

GPS LOCATION OF THE VILLAS:

39.804008, 19.874239 (Driving on the main coastal road from Kassiopi town to Sidari town you will see a yellow sign on the road showing to “Perithia Sea View Villas”).

MAIN GATE:

There is a keypad at main entrance with a changing security code which is provided to guests for entering in and getting out of the villas.

PARKING:

Once you pass the main gate and after 10m you turn on the fist right for the parking area for villa Nafsika - first villa. For the parking area for villa Arete and villa Athena you will have to drive carefully up the hill another 10m and the parking area will be straight ahead, where the road ends.

KEY COLLECTION:

Please contact us at reception@perithiaseaview.com to arrange collection of the keys; for each villa there are 2 main entrances -a ground floor entrance and an upper floor entrance.

SAFE:

Each villa has a safe for safeguarding your valuables and you may ask our housekeeper for instructions how to use this.

WIFI:

Each villa has separate free Wifi and you will find the Wifi codes written on a paper which is placed inside each villa.

FLIGHT NUMBER AND EXPECTED TIMES:

Before your arrival, please let us know by email at reception@perithiaseaview.com your flight number & expected time of arrival at Corfu airport, and/or, the expected time of your arrival at the villas, so that we ensure your smooth check-in.

PRIVACY & CONDUCT:

We respect your privacy and relaxation at our villas and to achieve this we have a “Quiet hours” policy. Our guests, during the night from 23:00pm until 9:00am in the morning, are invited and are expected to be particularly mindful of the sound and to avoid unnecessary or excessive noises coming from their villas.

SAFETY:

Last but not least, please do take extra care with swimming pool safety.
"No Diving" and "No running" as it is way too easy for kids and adults alike to slip and injure themselves. Young children should always be constantly monitored by an adult (i.e. staying in constant visual contact, not just glancing towards the water occasionally). In case you wish to use the outdoor barbeque, please do take extra care to avoid a fire hazard; only dispose of coals and ashes in a metal bin, and only after they have cooled for 48 hours.
